Hello World

Welcome to my blog for my leadership class at Taihape Area school form 4, year 10, this term we are studing about issues that effect our community. e.g. Rangitikei such as topics or problems that may have arisen during the past present our future. We are looking to better our community in things that we as young adults feel very strong towards.

Today Friday the 27th, we are starting to gather ideas and to research about information that may be of some use to us in future refrences. We have brain stormed, (gathered facts) to help with the start of of our term long project (the bread and butter work) we have started with these ideas to help to get us thinking more in depth>
*The thing I like most about TAIHAPE?
-That we are living in a rural community that is friendly and the people are safe and trustworthy where most people are honest and reliable and everyone knows everyone.
*The thing I like least about TAIHAPE?
-We are quite often considered far away from anywhere and travelling becomes an issue.
*If I were mayor of TAIHAPE I would?
- Create better facilities for people our age.
*If I had $10000 to spend on Taihape I would?
-Look at creating better curve side recycling and all together better the whole rubbish dispiosle process.

Here are a few guidelines that us as a class have choosen to make our working enviourment a better place>
~Participate (100% is expected from everyone)
~Get your work done (do things when they are expected as this will make life easier)
~Be open to other peoples ideas (every ones opinion matters)
~Respect people and there resources (everyone has a right to be acknowledged)

So that's me so far please feel free to leave a comment as your feed back would be gratefully received
kind regards your fellow student
